Shipping & Processing Policy

Processing Time:
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Local Pickup (Dallas, TX Area):
We offer local pickup for customers in the Dallas, TX area.

• Pickup Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Pickup Window: Orders must be picked up within 2 weeks of notification. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be forfeited.

Shipping Timeframes:

• Ready-to-Ship (On-Hand) Items: 2–3 business days

• Pre-Orders: 8–10 business days

• Custom or Recreation Units: 14–20 business days
